Daily Topics
The sessions will take place over the weeks of June 15 (Oracle) and June 22 (Workday). Each will follow the same schedule for the functional unit covered each day. Day 1: Overview & Technology, Day 2: Finance, Day 3: Human Capital Management (HCM), Day 4: Supply Chain Management (SCM) & Procurement, and Day 5: Student Administration (SIS).
Session Format
Sessions are full‑day events, running 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Attendees are welcome to join only the portions most relevant to them. Participants may enter or exit the Zoom or in‑person session at any time. Each day will begin with a brief introduction to the project and the goals for that day’s topic. In person seats are limited and will be assigned by the event organizers, attendees will be notified in advance.
